All products on TheCandyKids.com are in stock, made by hand, and available for order. Occasionally, products are oversold. In this event, orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved. Processed orders are subject to payment acceptance and availability.
All orders are processed on business days within 24 hours. Orders placed after 4PM PST, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the following business day. Please note this may take longer during sale periods or exclusive releases when it may take up to 48 hours for orders to be shipped. Any orders encrusted with Swarovski crystals may take up to a week to ship as they are made by hand. Shipping rates are determined by weight and destination at point of purchase.
TheCandyKids.com is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather or natural disasters. Similarly, we are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself, such as clearance delays.
International customers may incur import duty and tax charges. It is recommended to contact your local customs authority to determine the landed price prior to purchase completion.
International credit cards will be charged in accordance with applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction

TheCanydKids.com is not responsible for service or repairs to any equipment in use or connection of TheCandyKids.com.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
TheCandyKids.com does not accept returns, exchanges only. All exchanges must be authorized by email prior to sending back. Exchanges must be received within 7 days of date of you receiving your order. To receive an exchange merchandise authorization number (EMA), e-mail TheCandyKidsCartoon@gmail.com and provide your name, order number, name of item(s) you wish to exchange, and reason for exchange. TheCandyKids.com is not responsible for return shipping costs. We reserve the right to deny an exchange if the merchandise in question does not meet our standards. All products returned must be in original unused condition, without any tags removed. Merchandise must be accompanied by both the original sales receipt and an exchange authorization number. Products returned damaged, worn or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to customer. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. The shipping cost for replacement item is FREE, however payment of duty and tax charges is still the responsibility of the customer.
All exchanges are final, and cannot be returned or exchanged further.
